Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Laura Johnson Jewellery website. By using this site you are acknowledging that you have read and agree with the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be changed or added to at any time and were last updated in February 2025.
Products Or Services Provided
The Laura Johnson Jewellery website offers handcrafted jewellery for sale. Items made from sterling and / or fine silver weighing over 7.78gm will be hallmarked at the Edinburgh Assay Office. Lighter items may be hallmarked on request.
Description of Goods
Every effort has been made to display a true representation of jewellery items in images and text, however, due to the handmade nature of Laura Johnson’s jewellery there will be variation between pieces. Please note that a macro lens is used to show detail of the jewellery pieces and so they may not be shown as actual size; it is important therefore to check measurement details carefully before ordering. Colours may vary on different devices and lighting conditions.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability; Laura Johnson reserves the right to refuse any order.
Prices and Payment
Prices for each jewellery item and delivery charges are stated in pounds sterling on product listings. Payment is due at the point of ordering and this site accepts credit or debit card payment through Stripe. Laura Johnson Jewellery is not VAT registered.
Shipping and Delivery
Ready to ship jewellery will be dispatched within five working days and usually between two and three working days. Made to order jewellery dispatch date will be arranged at the time of order and is usually dispatched within ten to fourteen working days. Any stated delivery time is an estimate only.

We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit. However, we will assist with claims where possible if the shipping service offers insurance.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. Any errors in the delivery address may result in delays or loss of the package, and you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.

Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch by emailing Laura using the contact form. If there is a need to cancel after dispatch then please follow the return and refund policy outlined below.
We reserve the right to cancel any order made on this site if:
